About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities on industrial and plant projects in Dubai. The role involves managing site teams, ensuring safety, and delivering high‑quality MV/LV electrical works according to project specifications and schedules.Key responsibilitiesSupervise substation installation, maintenance, and related electrical construction tasks.Oversee installation of transformers, MV/LV electrical panels, and cable containment systems.Manage MV/LV cable laying, glanding, and termination works.Read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical drawings.Lead site teams, allocate manpower, and monitor daily progress.Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults to maintain uninterrupted project execution.Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Coordinate with project engineers and other disciplines to ensure timely completion.Required profileDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.3–5 years of experience in industrial or plant electrical projects.Hands‑on experience with substations, transformers, MV/LV panels, cable laying, glanding, and termination.Strong knowledge of cable containment systems, electrical drawings, and SLDs.Proven ability to supervise teams, troubleshoot issues, and execute site work.Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.Required skillsSubstation installationTransformer installationMV/LV electrical panel installationCable containment systemsMV/LV cable layingCable glandingCable terminationReading Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)Interpreting electrical drawingsElectrical fault troubleshooting
