Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the monthly email and SMS marketing calendar
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Create and refine customer segmentation strategies
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated marketing flows including welcome sequences and win-back campaigns
  • Write compelling email and SMS copy aligned with brand voice
  • Design and format marketing emails using existing brand guidelines
  • Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns through Klaviyo
  • Manage SMS campaigns through Postscript or similar platforms
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including revenue attribution, open rates, and conversion rates
  • Conduct structured A/B testing on subject lines and content
  • Manage email authentication and deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations
  • Identify and implement list-growth opportunities
  • Maintain and document SOPs for all recurring processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Expert-level experience with Klaviyo
  • Proven experience managing SMS marketing programs using Postscript or similar platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience designing polished marketing emails without dedicated design support
  • Demonstrated ownership of retention marketing performance and revenue generation
  • Experience working independently in remote environments
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience developing customer lifecycle marketing programs
