Job Identification 12509 Posting Date 03/09/2026, 07:46 AM Business Unit du Job Description Accountability Planning & Organization Liaise and organize with Pricing team for managing PCRs on day-to-day basis Manage SLA’s related to PCRs and reporting to TDRA. Submit PCRs and ensure that submissions are filed with the TDRA in a timely and quality manner. Track and file all submissions to the TDRA. Manage Internal Approvals. Identify opportunities for improvements and initiate them. Identify and, if needed, any major issues related to propositions (compliance with TDRA policies) prior to PCR submissions. Gather and analyze information/data to generate reports for TDRA. Actively track and fulfill all requirements of the Team Strategy in a timely manner. Provide day to day project support and hold meetings with stakeholders, if necessary. Support the negotiation process with the TDRA in such a way to achieve the most favorable outcome for EITC. Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant external (i.e. TDRA) and internal stakeholders to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner, and that requirements are delivered to EITC as needed. Strive to achieve / exceed agreed objectives. Take ownership for own development by applying a variety of methods to enhance knowledge. Actively participate in department employee engagement plans and all related activities. Extend own retail products and services knowledge, by monitoring trends within the Retail Market Process excellence Continuously identify and take corrective actions to improve process, procedures, systems, documents, and quality of work (internal & external). Ensure all identified risks are managed or escalated as necessary Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies by ensuring that all documentation and correspondence is effectively and securely archived and only available to authorized people. Education Qualification

Minimum bachelor's degree in related field

Experience with regulatory policy and compliance. Financial Reporting and Economic Analysis Good understanding of Telecom Principles. 4-5 years of work experience State competency levels from the competency's framework.
