Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional healthcare professionals across our growing network of HealthHub Clinics and healthcare services. A key focus of this role will be supporting our Emiratization strategy, helping attract and develop Emirati healthcare talent while also managing recruitment activities across expatriate populations. About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting wider HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, stakeholder management, sourcing talent, and contributing to strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment across healthcare and corporate functions. Source and attract healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. Support Emiratization recruitment initiatives and talent pipelines. Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and recruitment administration. Utilize ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms effectively. Develop talent pools and maintain candidate databases. Emiratization Support UAE National hiring initiatives. Build relationships with universities, colleges, healthcare institutions, and government partners. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and Emiratization programs. Support workforce localization objectives and reporting requirements. HR Support Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with HR projects and workforce planning activities. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics. Support compliance and documentation processes. Essential Requirements UAE National (Family Book Holder). Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Healthcare recruitment experience is essential. Experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. Fluent English and Arabic communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Highly Desirable Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals. Previous Emiratization recruitment experience.
