Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program Lead, Automation

Job Description:

  • Own the Stripe MALPB enterprise risk program end-to-end
  • Roll out and integrate the ERM framework across business lines and operational functions
  • Execute annual and semi-annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment cycles and provide independent 2LoD challenge
  • Maintain the Master Control Library, Central Risk Register, and universal Risk Taxonomy
  • Monitor Key Risk Indicators against Board-approved Risk Appetite thresholds and trigger remediation plans
  • Prepare quarterly Enterprise Risk Scorecards for executive and Board reporting
  • Design and deploy SQL- and API-based automated evidence-collection pipelines
  • Build and implement AI/LLM agents for semantic analysis of operational logs, policies, and compliance records
  • Partner with technical teams to optimize and configure GRC infrastructure
  • Develop continuous, real-time monitoring dashboards for operational and regulatory controls

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or risk advisory within a regulated financial institution, FinTech, or Big 4 tech-risk consultancy
  • Proven experience rolling out and integrating RCSAs, KRIs, and Control Libraries into active operational business units
  • Hands-on Python and SQL experience for querying databases, manipulating data, and interfacing with web/REST APIs
  • Experience using modern LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code workflow automation engines
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to challenge senior business leaders and translate complex risk data into concise Board-level narratives
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field
