Role Overview – Entry-Level Customer Success Assistant (Live Chat)

careerzynith is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our Customer Success team as Live Chat Assistants. In this entry‑level role, you will become the friendly voice (or text) that guides customers through their journey on our platform, providing real‑time assistance, answering inquiries, and delivering personalized recommendations. You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a best‑in‑class experience for every user.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. While no prior live‑chat experience is required, a passion for helping others, strong written communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

    Live Chat Support:

    Respond promptly to incoming chat messages on careerzynith’s website, client portals, and social media channels, ensuring each interaction is courteous, accurate, and solution‑focused.

      Customer Inquiry Resolution:

      Address product‑related questions, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and guide users to relevant resources or documentation.

        Sales Enablement:

        Provide appropriate sales links, promotional codes, and discount information when applicable, helping to drive conversion and upsell opportunities.

          Knowledge Base Contribution:

          Identify recurring questions and collaborate with the Knowledge Management team to update FAQs, scripts, and self‑service resources.

            Feedback Loop:

            Capture and relay customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests to product and marketing teams to influence future enhancements.

              Team Collaboration:
