Estimator – Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Advertising & Production Company: Dubai Source Advertising LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) About the Role Dubai Source Advertising LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing accurate cost estimates for Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Advertising, and Production projects within the UAE. You will play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering process by preparing competitive quotations, analysing project requirements, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities - Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents. - Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out, joinery, signage, and production projects. - Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations. - Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. - Analyse project costs, labour requirements, and production timelines. - Coordinate with the sales, design, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing. - Prepare tender submissions within project deadlines. - Maintain updated pricing databases for materials, labour, and subcontractors. - Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Estimator within the Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Advertising, or Production industry in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of estimating principles, BOQs, materials, fabrication, and installation processes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Experience preparing quotations for commercial and residential projects. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software. - Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines. - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
