About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join their team in Khor Fakkan . This role is instrumental in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a wide array of events, from corporate functions to community gatherings. You will be responsible for managing all logistical aspects, ensuring that every event meets its strategic objectives and provides an outstanding experience for all attendees. This position requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team within the hospitality and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget control. Develop detailed event schedules, manage timelines, and ensure all logistical elements are in place. Coordinate with external suppliers and internal departments to confirm services and requirements. Manage on-site event operations, providing support for registration, attendee engagement, and issue resolution. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and support event outreach efforts. Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, documenting successes and identifying areas for enhancement. Requirements Previous experience in event planning and coordination , demonstrating a strong understanding of event logistics and management. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with event management software and standard office productivity tools. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules.
