Event Production Manager

The Event Production Manager participates in the planning, coordination, and execution of production elements required forprojects, to ensure successful project delivery. They are responsible for managing technical requirements, suppliers, and on-site execution while maintaining quality standards and adherence to approved processes. The role requires closecollaboration with Project Manager and suppliers to meet project timelines and deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesPitching Phase:Participate in giving cost estimations to Project Manager based on project scope and resource requirements.Confirm that designs are technically feasible and align with project specifications.Advise and confirm on material and specifications for fabricated items.Conduct site visits to confirm sizes and specifications, access, power requirements and production feasibility.Planning Phase:Prepare a detailed production schedule for each allocated project, aligned with the agreed project timeline.Review supplier quotations, build times, and resource allocation with project managers and suppliers.Perform technical assessments of required materials, services, and production feasibility, including visit to supplierproduction facility if required.Ensure compliance with quality control standards throughout the planning process.Liaise with project manager and procurement to coordinate resource requirements.Delivery Phase:Manage suppliers and monitor suppliers performance to ensure deliverables align with project needs.Conduct Toolbox Talks to communicate project-specific QHSE expectations with the team, vendors and suppliers.Oversee on-site production execution, ensuring alignment with site-specific requirements and project timeline.Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations.Ensure production finishing is to the highest possible standard.Monitor and track deliverables, providing proactive solutions for any schedule, technical and resource conflicts.Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and vendors during project execution.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, technical documentation, and key milestones to ProjectManager, address any challenge to Production Lead and Operations Director if needed.Report QHSE observations to the QHSE Specialist following implemented process to ensure corrective andpreventive measures are implemented.Post-Event:Participate in project debriefs and provide with feedback for post-event report and suppliers evaluation.Risk Management:Identify, manage, and mitigate project-related risks.Ensure Health and Safety requirements are followed.Contribute to business continuity practices to ensure the continuous success of the organization.Qualifications:5 Years Work Experience in Event Production, Event Management or similar technical role.On-site installation and supplier coordination experience.Understanding of event production processes.Technical knowledge of materials, tools, equipment. AV is a plus.Familiar with HSE Standards.
