Educated Households is a higher-tier household staff agency based in London placing élite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in the Middle East and worldwide: .A private employer is seeking a highly educated organised discreet & dependable Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide direct business and personal support.The employer is a Hedge Fund Manager who oversees multiple businesses and corporate entities across several jurisdictions including the United Kingdom the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the British Virgin Islands (BVI).This is not a company-wide administrative role. The successful candidate will report directly to and work exclusively for the employer supporting the effective management of business obligations corporate administration travel scheduling and selected personal note that this position is a full-time remote position (working from home). UAE residency visa sponsorship may be available for a suitable candidate. The role requires working 5 days a week with some degree of flexibility.Speaking Russian will be advantageous for the role.The position is to start ASAP.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness and Executive SupportManage the employers business and personal calendars.Schedule meetings calls appointments and board meetings across multiple time zones.Coordinate calendars and administrative obligations across four companies.Maintain a central corporate compliance calendar covering:1. Company licence renewals.2. VAT filing deadlines.3. Corporate and personal tax filing deadlines.4. Accounting and audit deadlines.5. Annual returns and statutory filings.6. Board meetings and shareholder meetings.7. Insurance renewals.8.
