Executive Graphic Designer

We are looking to hire an Executive Graphic Designer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets, menu designs, and brand-aligned marketing materials for our client who is one of the largest luxury hospitality brands in Dubai.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months (renewable).The role sits within the F&B Marketing Department and reports directly to the Director of F&B Marketing.We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who excels in developing visually compelling content that supports outlet visibility, guest engagement, and F&B marketing campaigns. You should also have experience in print and digital design, menu production, brand stewardship, and delivering luxury-standard creative work.Key Responsibilities:Produce on-brand marketing collaterals including menus, digital screens, table cards, flyers, and social media assets.Support the Senior Designer and F&B Marketing Managers in executing creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, activations, and restaurant launches.Maintain consistent visual identity across all F&B outlets in alignment with Jumeirah's corporate standards.Manage menu updates, ensuring accuracy in layout, content, and pricing.Prepare print-ready files and liaise with suppliers to ensure premium production quality.Develop static digital assets for newsletters, online campaigns, and in-venue promotions.Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in preparing mood boards, sketches, and mockups.Work closely with F&B Operations, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.Support marketing teams in maximizing value from marketing spend through timely, efficient design delivery.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.35 years of design experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or luxury brands.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or HTML is an advantage.Proven experience designing for both print and digital mediums.Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Experience working with multicultural teams and external creative partners.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a maximum 30-day notice period.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
