<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>A confidential organization is seeking an experienced <strong>Executive Housekeeper</strong> to oversee all housekeeping-related operations within a large private estate in Abu Dhabi.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the <strong>Housekeeping, Laundry, Tailoring, Floristry, and Public Area Attendant</strong> teams while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, organization, garment care, and service throughout the estate. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and extensive experience in luxury private households or ultra-luxury hospitality. The Executive Housekeeper will ensure seamless coordination across all housekeeping functions, maintaining impeccable standards while delivering discreet and personalized service for the principals and their guests.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the Housekeeping, Laundry, Tailoring, Floristry, and Public Area Attendant departments, ensuring exceptional operational standards across all areas.</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and presentation.</li><li>Supervise, coach, train, and develop supervisors and team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of family residences, guest accommodations, staff accommodations, public areas, laundry facilities, linen rooms, wardrobes, and back-of-house areas to ensure impeccable standards are maintained.</li><li>Oversee all laundry operations, including garment care, linen management, uniform maintenance, and the handling of luxury fabrics, couture garments, and delicate items.</li><li>Manage the Tailoring function, ensuring alterations, repairs, garment maintenance, uniform fittings, and wardrobe care are completed to the highest standards.</li><li>Oversee the Floristry department, ensuring fresh floral arrangements are designed, maintained, and displayed throughout the estate in line with seasonal themes, special occasions, and the principals' preferences.</li><li>Manage the Public Area Attendant team to ensure all shared spaces, entrances, reception areas, lounges, corridors, outdoor entertainment areas, and guest facilities remain immaculate at all times.</li><li>Develop and manage departmental schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and appropriate coverage.</li><li>Establish, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all housekeeping-related departments.</li><li>Manage departmental budgets, inventories, procurement, and stock levels for cleaning supplies, linens, uniforms, flowers, amenities, equipment, and household products.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Butler, Culinary, Maintenance, Security, Procurement, and Property Management teams to ensure seamless daily operations and readiness for family stays, guests, and special events.</li><li>Ensure the proper care, cleaning, storage, and preservation of luxury furnishings, artwork, antiques, fine linens, designer wardrobes, and other high-value household assets.</li><li>Plan and oversee deep cleaning programmes, seasonal maintenance, inventory audits, and preventive care initiatives across the estate.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout all housekeeping-related operations.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, inventory records, staffing reports, budgets, and performance evaluations for senior management.</li><li>Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times when interacting with the principals, family members, guests, and staff.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury housekeeping operations, including leadership role within a private estate, royal household, family office, luxury residence, or ultra-luxury hotel.</li><li>Proven experience managing <strong>Housekeeping, Laundry, Tailoring, Floristry, and Public Areas</strong>.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading large multicultural teams.</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when working in a confidential environment.</li><li>Flexible to work according to operational requirements and the needs of the principals.</li></ul><p><br></p>
