Role overview We are hiring an Executive Manager to help lead origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing solutions across Corporate & Leveraged Finance / Structured Finance / Project Finance. The successful candidate will own transactions end-to-end— from client pitching (alongside Coverage) through credit approval, documentation, funding, and syndication/distribution (with our Loan Syndicate & Distribution team), and be part of a best-in-class, high-performing team. In this role, your key responsibilities include : Partner with Coverage to lead product origination and execution of bespoke financings, including: corporate financings, acquisition & leveraged finance, structured/asset-backed solutions, back-leverage HoldCo structures, project finance (limited recourse), and multilateral/ECA-supported financings; Set direction on structure, commercial terms, covenants, security packages, and distribution strategy to deliver bankable outcomes; Drive internal processes: credit memos, risk engagement, approvals, and ensure rigorous adherence to policy and governance; Lead negotiations with clients, sponsors, advisors and counsel; manage documentation to signing and funding; Work with Loan Syndicate team to develop lender presentations and IMs; Lead deal teams and coach junior Investment Bankers to produce consistently client-ready outputs (models, pitchbooks, credit materials). The ideal candidate should have the following experience: Strong experience in structuring roles focused on structured finance or investment banking roles with a focus on credit analysis; Demonstrated ability to originate and execute complex transactions; High proficiency in financial modelling, credit assessment, documentation mechanics, and negotiation; Strong stakeholder management across Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Syndicate and external counterparties; A leadership mindset: ability to run mandates, raise standards, and develop talent What we offer: Competitive Salary: Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
