About the Role As an experienced Product Engineer at careerzynith, you will be at the forefront of our supply chain and manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Design Architects, to determine careerzynith's infrastructure needs and product specifications. You will lead reviews among Design and Operations Engineering to drive expectations vital to implementing Design For Excellence (DFX) and test strategy. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the different components of careerzynith's system fit together seamlessly, providing a smooth and consistent user experience. Key Responsibilities Lead surveys among Design and Operations Engineering to drive expectations that are vital to executing Design For Excellence (DFX) and test strategy. Guarantee plant availability, support manufacturing line ramp, provide product investigate training, and assemble feedback on form issues. Manage the bone pile and drive yield span analysis to improve item quality. Work with the Product team to highlight risks and foster mitigation plans. Work on-site as needed, up to 5 days a week, in designated locations. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish item quality and reliability targets. Validate item capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure item performance meets requirements. Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bill of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) system. Support second source part qualification and release of ECOs and MCOs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent viable experience. At least 3 years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing. Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and component suppliers for data center server-type products. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable 3 years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing. Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for data center class server accelerator products (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC). Experience creating and executing a design validation test plan for a complex electronic assembly. Understanding of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, as well as post-silicon validation. Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash.
