Facility Supervisor HK & Maintenance Resident Services

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day to-day operations of our large-scale residential facility. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring impeccable cleaning standards across facility, and acting as the "eyes and ears" of the facility to proactively report and resolve maintenance issues.

Maintenance & Asset Care:

Act as the primary point of contact for HK facility infrastructure.

Responsible for spotting defects before they become complaints.

Maintain a "Maintenance Logbook" to report and track issues, ensuring they are resolved by the technical/maintenance team (plumbing, electrical, civil works, or landscaping issues)

Ensure that all common area utilities (lighting, water features, pathways) are functional and report malfunctions immediately.

Conduct daily site walkthroughs to ensure the facility is spotless and meets company standards.

Manage cleaning inventory, machinery, and chemical usage to ensure zero wastage.

Supervise, motivate, and train a team of cleaning/service staff.

Prepare daily duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure staff discipline and uniform standards.

Submit a Daily Status Report (DSR) to the Facility Manager covering: (Cleaning progress, Maintenance issues identified, Staff performance/Attendance)

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Facility Management, preferably in large residential complexes, hotels, or hospitals.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team of 50+ people.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, floor care machinery, and basic building maintenance (plumbing/electrical awareness is a huge plus).

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle emergency situations (e.g., water leaks, power outages) calmly and report them correctly.

Communication: Fluent in local language; ability to communicate issues clearly to the Management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Facility Hygiene Score: Maintained through daily inspections.

Maintenance Reporting: Accuracy and speed of reporting infrastructure issues.

Staff Productivity: Efficient scheduling, completion of tasks and checklist.

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
