Job Title: Female Fitness Center Receptionist
Location: Al Barsha South, Arjan, Dubai

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused female receptionist to join our fitness center in Arjan, Dubai. As the first person our clients meet, you will help create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate can manage time well, handle multiple tasks, and is comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience with WhatsApp communication, basic math or finance, social media, and simple design tools like Canva is an advantage. Applicants living near Arjan are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer and transfer phone calls properly
  • Reply to WhatsApp messages clearly and on time
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organized

Customer Service:

  • Assist clients with questions and provide correct information
  • Handle concerns calmly and professionally
  • Maintain a friendly and positive environment

Administrative Tasks:

  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic documents
  • Manage bookings, schedules, and daily calendars
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and simple office tasks

Communication & Social Media:

  • Communicate clearly with team members and management
  • Help with basic social media posting and replies
  • Use Canva or similar tools to create simple flyers, schedules, or announcements

Basic Cleaning:

  • Keep the reception area neat throughout the day
  • Organize supplies and inform management when stock is low

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic math or finance skills (petty cash, simple reports)
  • Familiar with Instagram and Facebook
  • Able to create simple designs using Canva or similar tools
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Sales skills, including engaging clients and promoting services
