Job Description
We are looking for a Female Sales Promoter to work at a mattress, beds, and furnishings stand inside a mall in Al Khor, Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and displaying products, welcoming customers, explaining product features, generating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.
This position is open to candidates currently in Qatar only. A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff the stand throughout working hours and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Explain the features, benefits, and prices of mattresses, beds, and furnishings clearly to customers.
- Promote products and actively engage with potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Encourage customers to purchase and assist in completing sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and attractive presentation of the stand and displayed products.
- Record details of interested customers (leads) for follow-up, where applicable.
- Submit daily sales reports to the direct supervisor.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Follow the official uniform requirements and all mall rules and regulations.
- Monitor displayed products and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate only.
- Candidates currently in Qatar only.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) required.
- Arabic-speaking candidate required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or product promotion is preferred.
- Experience in furniture, mattresses, beds, or home furnishings is an advantage.
- Presentable appearance and professional customer service manner.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to approach customers confidently and promote products.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Fluent Arabic required; English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and good teamwork skills.
Working Hours
- 9 working hours per day
- Includes 1-hour break
- Work is based at a mall stand in the Al Khor area.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 3,000 per month
- Sales commission in addition to the basic salary
- Other benefits according to company policy.
Work Environment
- Work at a sales stand inside a mall in Al Khor, Qatar.
- The position requires standing and interacting with customers throughout working hours.
- Professional appearance and compliance with mall regulations are required.

وصف الوظيفة
نبحث عن بروموترة مبيعات للعمل في ستاند لعرض وبيع المراتب والأسرّة والمفروشات داخل أحد المولات في منطقة الخور، قطر.
ستكون المرشحة مسؤولة عن الترويج للمنتجات، استقبال العملاء، شرح مميزات المنتجات، جذب العملاء، تحقيق أهداف المبيعات، والمساعدة في إتمام عمليات البيع.
الوظيفة متاحة للمرشحات الموجودات داخل قطر فقط، ويشترط وجود بطاقة شخصية قطرية سارية (QID).
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الوقوف على الستاند طوال ساعات الدوام واستقبال العملاء بأسلوب مهني ولبق.
- شرح مميزات وفوائد وأسعار المراتب والأسرّة والمفروشات للعملاء بطريقة واضحة ومقنعة.
- الترويج للمنتجات والتواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء المحتملين.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات اليومية والشهرية المحددة من قبل الشركة.
- تشجيع العملاء على الشراء والمساعدة في إتمام عمليات البيع.
- المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب الستاند والمنتجات المعروضة بشكل مستمر.
- تسجيل بيانات العملاء المهتمين (Leads) للمتابعة، عند الحاجة.
- تقديم تقارير المبيعات اليومية إلى المشرف المباشر.
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بطريقة مهنية ومناسبة.
- الالتزام بالزي الرسمي وجميع قواعد وأنظمة المول.
- متابعة المنتجات المعروضة وإبلاغ المشرف عند انخفاض المخزون.
- المحافظة على المظهر المهني وحسن التعامل مع العملاء في جميع الأوقات.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- أنثى فقط.
- يشترط أن تكون المرشحة موجودة داخل قطر.
- يشترط وجود بطاقة شخصية قطرية سارية (QID).
- يشترط التحدث باللغة العربية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو البيع بالتجزئة أو الترويج.
- الخبرة في مجال الأثاث أو المراتب أو الأسرّة أو المفروشات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مظهر لائق وحسن التعامل مع العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والإقناع.
- القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء والترويج للمنتجات بثقة.
- القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- إجادة اللغة العربية مطلوبة، واللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الالتزام والجدية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
ساعات العمل
- 9 ساعات عمل يوميًا
- تشمل ساعة واحدة للاستراحة.
- العمل في ستاند داخل مول في منطقة الخور.
الراتب والمزايا
- الراتب الأساسي: 3,000 ريال قطري شهريًا.
- عمولة على المبيعات بالإضافة إلى الراتب الأساسي.
- مزايا أخرى حسب سياسة الشركة.
بيئة العمل
- العمل في ستاند للمبيعات داخل مول في منطقة الخور، قطر.
- يتطلب العمل الوقوف والتعامل المستمر مع العملاء خلال ساعات الدوام.
- الالتزام بالمظهر المهني وجميع أنظمة وقواعد المول مطلوب.
