Job Details Country: UAE City: Dubai Industry: Internet Function: Logistics-Transportation Salary: 4000-6000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Conduct on ground rider compliance checks covering hygiene, appearance, uniform standards, and professional conduct. * Monitor rider activity in busy delivery zones to maintain operational discipline and service quality. * Manage crowd control during peak delivery periods, promotional campaigns, and high traffic vendor locations. * De escalate conflicts between riders, vendors, and customers while ensuring professional communication and quick resolution. * Support vendor partners by addressing operational challenges and coordinating with internal operations teams. * Provide real time updates regarding operational issues to internal teams for rapid problem resolution. * Deliver rider safety reminders and operational guideline refreshers to ensure adherence to company standards. * Participate in operational improvement initiatives and safety campaigns designed to enhance rider experience. * Assist with monitoring rider conduct and ensure compliance with delivery procedures and operational policies. * Support field operations during peak demand hours and high traffic locations.
