Wanna join us on this exciting ride? Job Description We are seeking a driven, customer focused Finance & Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end finance and insurance journey, ensuring customers receive the best financing and insurance solutions while delivering a seamless vehicle purchasing experience. You will collaborate closely with banks, insurance providers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to maximize finance approvals, improve conversion rates, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete finance process, from customer application through vehicle delivery. - Evaluate customer profiles and recommend the most suitable financing solutions. - Prepare and submit finance applications to banking partners, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. - Proactively follow up with banks to expedite approvals, and LPO issuance. - Present finance, insurance, and ancillary products in a clear and consultative manner. - Achieve finance, insurance, and product penetration targets while maintaining a customer-first approach. - Ensure full compliance with internal policies, banking requirements, and regulatory standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and insurance partners. - Work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. - Stay informed about market trends, lender policies, financing programs, and insurance offerings. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance, banking, or financial services. - Previous experience with a UAE bank handling auto finance or within an automotive Finance & Insurance department is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products, lending policies, and credit assessment. - Solid understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations, compliance requirements, and the latest regulatory updates related to automotive finance. - Experience working with multiple banking and insurance partners. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. - Customer focused with a results driven mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with UAE automotive financing products and banking policies. - Good understanding of AECB reports, loan structuring, and automotive insurance products. - Established relationships with UAE banks or financial institutions are an advantage.
