Finance Manager – CA/ACCA.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager (CA/ACCA) to manage and oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, taxation, audit, compliance, financial controls, and providing financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall finance and accounting function of the company.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections.
  • Analyze financial performance, budgets, costs, and variances and provide recommendations to management.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
  • Ensure timely tax filings, statutory compliance, and proper financial documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit queries.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, financial risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Manage, supervise, and support the finance/accounts team.
  • Work closely with senior management and other departments on financial planning and business decisions.
  • Improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and the use of ERP/accounting software.

Requirements

  • CA Qualified / ACCA Qualified preferred; CA Finalist or ACCA Affiliate may also be considered based on experience.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in a Finance Manager or senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit, and financial controls.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP software.
  • Experience in financial analysis, cash-flow management, and management reporting.
  • Previous experience supervising or managing an accounts/finance team is preferred.
