Fitness Trainer - 5-Star Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking a professional and motivated Fitness Trainer to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness and wellness services to hotel guests and members, creating personalized training programs, and ensuring a welcoming and professional fitness environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fitness and wellness, and experience working in a luxury hotel, resort, premium fitness facility, or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personal training sessions and fitness assessments for guests and members.
  • Develop customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels, goals, and requirements.
  • Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and safe training practices.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as required.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming relationship with guests and members.
  • Assist guests with the correct and safe use of gym and fitness equipment.
  • Conduct group fitness sessions or wellness activities when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the fitness facility.
  • Carry out routine checks of fitness equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Promote available fitness, wellness, and hotel facilities and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client assessments, training sessions, and progress.
  • Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and luxury service standards.
  • Support the fitness and wellness team with daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience as a Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer, preferably in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium fitness facility.
  • International or European work experience preferred.
  • Relevant Fitness, Sports Science, Physical Education, or Personal Training certification from a recognized institution.
  • Valid CPR / First Aid / AED certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and fitness assessments.
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance, energetic personality, and guest-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Additional fitness or wellness certifications are an advantage.
