Forklift Operator – Brick/Block Clamp Attachment

Operate a forklift equipped with a hydraulic brick block clamp attachment Safely lift and handle bundles of concrete blocks hollow blocks solid blocks and thermal blocks Load and unload block bundles onto trailers trucks and other delivery vehicles Stack finished blocks safely and efficiently within designated storage and loading areas Apply appropriate clamping pressure to securely handle blocks without cracking crushing or damaging the product Position and align the clamp correctly before lifting block bundles Handle different block sizes bundle configurations and production requirements Coordinate with production yard and dispatch teams for timely loading of customer orders Verify product type and quantity before loading to reduce dispatch errors Conduct daily inspections of the forklift hydraulic clamp hoses forks tyres and safety systems Identify and immediately report hydraulic leaks clamp faults or equipment abnormalities Maintain safe operating speeds and follow designated factory traffic routes Minimize block breakage and handling damage during movement and loading Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the forklift and clamp attachment Follow all company HSE loading and material-handling procedures Minimum 2–5 years of forklift operating experience in concrete blocks, bricks, pavers, precast products or a similar heavy building-material environment.Hands-on experience operating a forklift with a Brick/Block Clamp Attachment is mandatory.Strong understanding of hydraulic clamp operation and pressure control.Proven experience loading and unloading concrete block bundles.Ability to safely stack blocks at different heights and within confined factory/yard areas.Good understanding of forklift load capacity, stability and safe lifting practices.Ability to inspect the clamp attachment and identify basic hydraulic or mechanical issues.Experience working in a concrete block factory or brick manufacturing plant is strongly preferred.Valid UAE forklift operator certification/licence preferred.UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.Physically fit and willing to work factory shifts and overtime when required.
