Role Description The Freelance Account Executive / Account Manager will support day-to-day client servicing for key accounts, working on-site in Dubai in a contract capacity.

Responsibilities include managing client communication, preparing status reports, documenting meeting outcomes, and coordinating internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within scope. The role involves briefing creative and production teams, overseeing workflow, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards. The individual will assist with budget tracking, support campaign performance reviews, and prepare presentations and contact reports.

This position requires close collaboration with senior account leadership and cross-functional partners to maintain strong client relationships and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client servicing and account management within advertising, marketing, or related industries.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including timeline management, task follow-up, and status reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Comfort with interpreting campaign performance data and contributing to optimization recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with regional or global brands, preferably within the Middle East market.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
