TerraVera Decoration Design & Implementation LLC is seeking an experienced and well-connected Freelance Business Development Executive to generate new project opportunities and support our growth across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with an established network in the UAE construction, landscaping, fit-out, real estate, architecture, or property sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified project opportunities
  • Develop relationships with villa owners, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, real estate professionals, and other potential partners
  • Introduce and promote TerraVera’s services to prospective clients
  • Arrange client meetings and site visits
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted proposals
  • Support negotiations and conversion of opportunities into awarded projects
  • Develop referral channels and strategic partnerships
  • Identify upcoming projects and potential clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven business development or sales experience in the UAE
  • Strong existing network within relevant industries
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi market
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and convert genuine business opportunities
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field are preferred, along with a valid UAE driving license.
Engagement & Compensation

This is a freelance, commission-based role with an attractive performance-based commission structure for successfully secured projects.

Candidates with an existing portfolio of industry contacts and demonstrated ability to generate construction or property-related opportunities will be given preference.
