FREELANCE SECRETARY (HYBRID JOB)

We are looking for a Freelance Secretary to support the closure/liquidation process of one of our companies/businesses.

Hybrid position: 3 days per week in the office and 3 days per week working remotely/from home (must be available by phone).

Project duration: approx. 2 years.

Salary: 4000AED/ month (based on experience).

Main responsibilities:

  • Follow up on matters related to the company closure process.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence.
  • Control and ensure that employees have properly transferred and returned all developments, contacts, documents, records, and other company-related information.
  • Coordinate outstanding administrative matters and deadlines.
  • Perform other secretary and administrative duties as assigned by the company owner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in secretarial, administrative, or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and email management.
