Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist (Female) with real estate experience to join our growing team immediately.

As the first point of contact for our clients, investors, tenants, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting our Sales, Leasing, Administration, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain an excellent first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and reception documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Leasing, HR, Finance, Marketing, Administration, and Operations departments.
  • Support exhibitions, property launches, and marketing events.
  • Ensure the reception and showroom areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Arab Speaking Candidate
  • Immediate joining required
  • Minimum 2 years of Front Desk/Reception experience in a Real Estate company
  • Experience with property sales, leasing, CRM systems, or real estate administration is highly preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (Mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office administration
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude
  • Must wear formal business attire (business suit) and maintain a professional corporate image
