Salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's front office and reception desk
  • Welcome parents, students, visitors, and guests professionally
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and front office documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with school staff
  • Support the admissions and administrative team when required
  • Ensure smooth communication between parents and the school
  • Perform general administrative and office coordination tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Customer Support Executive, or Administrative Executive
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
