Gen AI Creative

At Koncept Craft, we don’t start with prompts. We start with ideas.

We’re a human-led creative studio working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality brands to create AI-powered imagery, video and campaigns. AI is part of our execution process, but it isn’t the creative process. Before anything gets generated, there’s research, brainstorming, concept development, references, creative direction, art direction and a clear understanding of the brand we’re creating for. We’re looking for an AI Creative who works the same way.

You should have real experience working on client projects. We’re not looking for someone whose portfolio is made up entirely of personal AI experiments. You need to understand what it means to work from a brief, take feedback, work within a brand world and deliver work that has a clear commercial purpose.

You should be genuinely confident using AI creative tools across image and video, and comfortable adapting as new tools and workflows emerge. We care less about whether you know one specific platform perfectly and more about whether you understand how to use the right tools to get to the right result. You’ll be working on projects across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality, so having a genuine interest in those worlds matters.

And probably the most important thing for us:

You need to have great taste.

Strong visual judgment, good references, an understanding of composition, lighting, styling, colour, pacing and storytelling.

We’re looking for someone with the technical skill to execute at a high level, but also the taste to know what actually makes the work good.

This role is not about generating as much content as possible.

It’s about thinking through the idea first, understanding the brand, building the visual direction, and then using AI to execute it at a high level.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience working on real client or brand projects
  • A strong portfolio across AI images and video
  • Confidence using a broad range of current AI creative tools
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • An interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and premium brand content
  • Experience working from briefs, feedback and creative direction
  • The ability to research, ideate and develop concepts before jumping into execution
  • An understanding of branding, storytelling and how individual assets fit into a wider campaign
  • Curiosity and the ability to keep up with a space that changes very quickly
To apply Please send us your portfolio, with a focus on client work, along with a short introduction about yourself. Due to the volume of applications, unfortunately we won’t be able to respond to everyone individually. Successful applicants will be contacted directly.

Important: This is a fully remote, six-month role running from September 15, 2026 to March 15, 2027. We’re accepting applications from creatives worldwide. All credits for projects will be provided by us and remuneration is based on experience and portfolio.

Please only apply if you have previous client experience and a portfolio that demonstrates it.
