GenAI Engineer – UAE (Healthcare & Insurance)

Davidson Tech Recruitment has been mandated to recruit a GenAI Engineer for their client in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role. You will design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions for physician support, policy summarization, and customer service automation. Domain / Sub-domain: Healthcare, health insurance, clinical documentation, customer operations. You will develop RAG pipelines, prompt flows, and evaluation frameworks for internal and external users. Deep expertise in Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma), and RESTful APIs is required. Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers is essential. You will integrate GenAI systems with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and event-driven architectures, ensuring compliance with data privacy and PHI protection. Familiarity with MLOps for GenAI, including evaluation, guardrails, and model observability, will be a strong advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into GenAI use cases are critical.

Salary: AED 25,750 – 36,500 per month + benefits (The salary mentioned is indicative. The final offer will be determined by the client after the interview process.)
