GP Doctor – Wellness, Longevity & Aesthetic Medicine

GP Doctor - Wellness, Longevity & Aesthetic Medicine
ZenDXB | Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai | Full-Time
Medicine is evolving. At ZenDXB, we're already there.
We're a premium wellness clinic in the heart of JLT, Dubai, looking for a GP with a genuine interest in functional, longevity and aesthetic medicine to join our growing team. This isn't a GP role managing chronic disease backlogs. It's clinical work at the frontier - advanced lab diagnostics, physician-led wellness protocols, sexual and reproductive health, and aesthetic treatments delivered to a standard that matches the rest of the experience.
What you'll be doing:

Conducting in-depth patient consultations focused on optimisation, not just symptom management
Delivering aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments - facial assessment, botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, mesotherapy and PRP - within your licensed scope of practice
Overseeing and clinically supervising laser and energy-device treatments delivered by our therapy team, including patient assessment, Fitzpatrick typing, parameter sign-off and adverse-event management
Designing and overseeing physician-led therapeutic protocols in line with UAE regulatory requirements
Prescribing and supervising infusion therapy tailored to patient goals
Interpreting comprehensive lab panels and translating results into actionable wellness plans
Managing STD and reproductive health cases with discretion and clinical excellence
Building an integrated offering where aesthetic outcomes are supported by underlying metabolic and nutritional health
Collaborating with our clinical team on programme design and patient outcomes

Who we're looking for:

MBBS or equivalent, with a valid DHA licence (or eligibility to obtain one)
Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience; GP background preferred
DHA-recognised aesthetic training, with - or eligible for - aesthetic privileges on your licence. Certification in botulinum toxin and dermal fillers is required
Laser safety certification and experience supervising energy-device treatments is a strong advantage; we'll support the right candidate in obtaining it
Demonstrable interest or training in functional medicine, anti-ageing, or wellness medicine
An eye for natural, proportionate aesthetic results - we don't do overdone
Comfortable in a fast-paced private clinic with a high-expectation clientele
Strong communicator who builds trust - patients here invest in themselves and expect a partner, not a prescription
Competitive basic + commission on aesthetic and wellness treatments (OTE discussed at interview)
5-day working week (Tuesday-Saturday)
Medical insurance
Annual leave entitlement
Support for continued professional development and additional certification

Why ZenDXB:
We're small enough that your clinical voice matters and large enough to be growing fast. You'll work with a team that takes quality seriously, in a clinic designed to reflect the premium experience our patients expect - and where you're encouraged to keep learning.
This is a role for a doctor who wants to practise medicine that transforms how people look and how they function.
