margin: 0px'><b>Key Result Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>Fleet Technical Management</strong><br />On day-to-day basis to support the engineering development engineers or other CAMO staff in providing  support to maintenance (Line, Hangar, MCC, other CAMO department), this would include, performance review, analysis of requests, management reporting, corrective measures, and necessary modifications.  <br />Carries out a programme of training as agreed with the Air Arabia Training Manager and/ or Line Manager.  <br />Utilizes data gathered from different sources to conduct, under supervision, technical root-cause analysis and troubleshooting and to decide on aircrafts efficiency and maintenance needs.  <br />Analyzes data and technical performance reports, under supervision, to identify trends, highlight findings and suggest solutions and proactive modifications. <br />Identifies corrective measures and modifications, under supervision, to fix any damages or airworthiness findings, recommends AMP inclusions/exclusions along with justification and supporting evidences, as and when required. <br />Reviews technical document, under supervision, as per TPM section 5, for implementation of modifications/repairs subject to CAMO management acceptance. <br />Carries out training with other areas of the CAMO engineering environment such as Projects, Warranty, etc.  <br />Assists in the closure of occurrence reports under supervision.  <br />Participates in function related meetings/conferences and events both internally and externally. <br />Continues to engage in personal development undertaking such trainings as deemed required by the Training Manager and or Line Manager  <br />Performs any other duties as advised by the direct supervisor. </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Key Result Responsibilities - Continued</H2> </div><div><p style="text-indent:2.25pt"><b>Maintenance</b><br />Reviews assigned maintenance work with the Shift Manager to gain full understanding of tasks, their relative priorities, documentation reAquirements and cautions, prior to starting work.  <br />Under guidance, Prepares and performs scheduled aircraft maintenance according to assigned task cards, ensuring that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions. <br />Under guidance, carries out aircraft test and inspection tasks to the standard necessary to fully identify and record any defects or damage in accordance with approved maintenance procedures. <br />Under guidance, performs defect troubleshooting and rectification in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and instructions provided by Engineering Department. <br />Manages communications with other Engineers and Technicians related to the assigned tasks, ensuring proper coordination, continuity and handover of work. <br />By proper work planning, decision making and communications, ensures that maintenance tasks are carried out whenever possible within the planned ground time to avoid operational delay. <br />Manages the safety of assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring all published mandatory precautions are taken prior to commencing work and during task execution. <br />Takes positive steps to protect self and other persons in the area of the maintenance activity from any possible injury, including the use of proper GSE and protective equipment. <br />Manages human factors aspects of maintenance, ensuring that the continuity of critical maintenance tasks is protected, by avoidance of task interruption and the proper use of handover procedures. <br />Internal Customer Service: provides positive support to other operational teams in ABY, provides proactive and helpful professional advice, suggestions and solutions. <br />Representing Air Arabia:  presents a positive and competent image of technical professionalism to ABY Flight Crews, other companies’ personnel and ABY customers. <br />Maintains positive awareness to the cost of aircraft maintenance including use of time and materials.
