PureHealth is seeking an exceptional Group Training Manager to redefine the way excellence is learned and delivered across one of the UAE’s most ambitious hospital networks. This is an opportunity to shape the culture, operational standards, and patient experience across multiple facilities, directly influencing how care is experienced by thousands of patients daily.
Reporting to the Chief Patient Experience Officer, this role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, face-to-face training programs for both clinical and non-clinical hospital staff. You will act as the architect of learning strategies that drive operational excellence, service quality, and patient-focused care, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and hospitality.
The Role in Focus
- Lead enterprise-wide, in-person training initiatives across multiple hospital sites, covering both clinical and non-clinical teams, setting the standard for operational and service excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership and clinical stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design tailored interventions, and implement measurable learning outcomes.
- Craft immersive, results-driven training programs, materials, and guides that embed a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centric care.
- Drive patient experience (PX) excellence by equipping doctors, nurses, and frontline staff with the behavioral and service skills required for high-quality patient interactions.
- Serve as a change agent and culture champion, fostering engagement, accountability, and pride across all staff groups.
- Monitor and refine training effectiveness to ensure sustained impact and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Background in hospitality, healthcare operations, or corporate training, with a proven record of transforming organizational learning and staff performance.
- Experience working with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, ideally within healthcare environments.
- 5+ years’ experience leading high-visibility training initiatives across complex, multi-site organizations.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior clinical audiences.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable delivering training directly in operational and clinical environments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
