Job Description:

  • Plan, build, and run email campaigns end to end, including strategy, copy, sending, and follow-up
  • Generate leads and nurture cold and warm lists into qualified pipeline
  • Build nurture flows that move contacts from awareness to readiness
  • Create and send a regular newsletter to build authority in executive search and advisory
  • Clean the database, segment contacts by intent, and improve targeting
  • Set up and improve marketing workflows and automation inside Zoho One and CRM
  • Document workflows and maintain them within the company system
  • Track performance and connect work to influenced or sourced pipeline
  • Deliver by day 90 a cleaned and segmented database with intent scoring, a recurring newsletter with an engaged list, at least one repeatable Zoho nurture-to-pipeline flow, and a report showing leads generated and deals influenced

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of work experience
  • Experience building demand or brand engines, ideally for a service business, B2B, or agency
  • Fluency in Zoho One or comparable CRM and automation tools
  • Ability to plan and launch campaigns quickly
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Comfortable being measured on outcomes rather than activity
  • Must work under an initial 90-day scoped engagement
  • Must document and retain all workflows, assets, and data inside Black & Grey HR systems
  • NDA access to systems
