We manage full-funnel campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels for a diverse portfolio of clients.</span></p><p><br></p><strong>About the Role</strong><p><span>We're looking for a Growth Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns for our client portfolio, managing a combined monthly media budget of ~$500K. You'll own campaigns end-to-end - from account structure and creative briefing to funnel math and client reporting.</span></p><p><br></p><strong>What You'll Do</strong><ul><li><span>Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms</span></li><li><span>Build and manage different Google Ads account structures (SKAG and beyond) tailored to campaign goals</span></li><li><span>Own the Lead Gen / CRM funnel math - track and optimize Reach Rate, Interest Rate, Conversion Rate, CPL, CAC, and other core metrics</span></li><li><span>Write clear, actionable creative briefs for design and content teams</span></li><li><span>Design and run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance</span></li><li><span>Monitor and improve conversion funnels and landing page performance (CRO)</span></li><li><span>Manage a combined monthly media budget of ~$500K against ROAS/CPA/CAC targets across multiple client accounts simultaneously</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports (GA4, GTM)</span></li><li><span>Present campaign results and strategic recommendations directly to clients</span></li><li><span>Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and account management teams</span></li><li><span>Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies through regular research</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>If you're really interested please contact us via korkmaz@turnalar.co</span></p><p><br></p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong><ul><li><span>2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment</span></li><li><span>Proven expertise in Google Ads, including different account structures (SKAG and beyond)</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of PPC and Paid Social.</span></li><li><span>Strong grasp of Lead Gen and CRM math (Reach Rate, Interest Rate, CPL, CAC, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Comfortable writing creative briefs and giving direction to creative teams</span></li><li><span>Analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar)</span></li><li><span>Advanced English - written and spoken, for direct client communication</span></li><li><span>Experience managing multiple client accounts/budgets at once</span></li><li><span>Self-driven learner who keeps up with industry research and platform changes</span></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Nice to Have</strong><ul><li><span>Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)</span></li><li><span>SQL skills</span></li><li><br></li><li><span>Prior experience in Lead Generation verticals</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
