Guest Relations Agent - Russian and English speaking

We have a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Professionals to join our 5* Savoy Seychelles Resort and SPA as a Guest Relations Agent – Russian and English speaking.


Savoy Seychelles Resort & SPA was newly built from the ground up in 2014. The Resort offers 165 spacious guest rooms and suites ranging from 51 up to 270 square meters, several restaurants and bars, Banqueting area, a modern SPA & fitness center with Russian sauna, a tennis court and as well as the largest swimming pool in Seychelles with an area of 700 square meters.


Savoy Seychelles Resort & SPA is located on the northwest coast of Mahe, the largest island of the archipelago, on the famous Beau Vallon beach, which stretches for several kilometers along the Beau Vallon bay.


Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing full information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • To ensure seamless communication and swift resolution of requests
  • Address guest issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests promptly
  • Manage guest relations enquiries via courtesy calls and in-person interactions
  • Assist with special requests, event arrangements, and bespoke experiences for guests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of guest services by sharing feedback and suggestions with management


Qualifications

  • Fluent Russian language skills (written and spoken); English proficiency is essential
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
  • Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles within a resort or hotel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution experience
  • Proficiency with property management systems and booking platforms
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
