Our client is seeking an engaging and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to enhance the guest experience at their property in Dhaid . This role is critical in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest's needs are met with efficiency and a high degree of personalization. You will act as a key ambassador for the hotel, managing interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure utmost satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay, offering assistance and information regarding hotel services and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, such as F&B and Housekeeping, to fulfill guest needs seamlessly. Proactively engage with guests to identify potential needs and opportunities to enhance their stay. Address and manage guest complaints with empathy, tact, and efficiency. Maintain guest records and ensure accurate and timely communication logs are kept. Requirements Previous experience in a guest relations or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality. Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a genuine passion for customer service.
