Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible Head Manager to work directly with the CEO and oversee the company’s day-to-day business execution.

You will be responsible for turning CEO strategies and decisions into action, coordinating teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring that every business unit moves toward its targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and execute management decisions.
  • Oversee daily operations across all teams.
  • Manage Sales, Luxury Property Care, Events and Business Development, Travel Tech
  • Set and monitor team KPIs, targets and weekly performance.
  • Follow up on leads, clients, proposals and sales pipelines.
  • Coordinate staff, freelancers, brokers and business partners.
  • Control project timelines and ensure tasks are completed.
  • Prepare weekly management reports for the CEO.
  • Identify operational problems and propose solutions.
  • Support recruitment, training and team development.
  • Coordinate Dubai operations while managing remote teams.
  • Support new business opportunities and company expansion.

Hybrid-Remote work is acceptable, but the candidate must be able to manage Dubai operations effectively and work closely with the CEO.

Salary + Performance Bonus + Sales/Business Incentives

Office base in Business Bay

Career growth opportunity toward General Manager / Country Manager / COO-level responsibilities based on performance.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
