  • Lead the global research agenda: Develop and manage an annual and quarterly study roadmap aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Conduct market research: Translate findings into executive narratives that inform strategic decisions.
  • Engage with Tier-1 service providers' C-suite: Present insights and contribute significantly to Amdocs' sales efforts and overall success.
  • Manage research projects: Plan and execute bespoke primary research initiatives while leveraging secondary research materials.
  • Collaborate with industry analysts and research firms: Execute consumer, enterprise, and telecom research, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Lead a high-performing team: Guide a team of telecom research experts to achieve excellence in delivering insights.

  • Extensive industry experience: 8+ years in the telecom industry, including roles in market or competitive intelligence, or industry analysis, or senior positions within telecom service providers; prior experience in team management is essential
  • Exceptional presentation skills: Demonstrated ability to present effectively to executive audiences
  • Analytical mindset: Proven experience in conducting research and developing thought leadership materials
  • Research proficiency: Skilled in designing surveys, facilitating focus groups, conducting in-depth executive interviews, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills: Fluency in English with excellent storytelling and data visualization capabilities
  • Educational background: Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MSc or MBA preferred
