About the roleWe are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to engage an experienced healthcare operations consultant. You will help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks that support hospital and health‑system workflows.Key responsibilitiesCreate, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core healthcare workflows.Develop patient‑throughput and bed‑utilization models, care‑pathway redesign proposals, and service‑line performance dashboards.Produce payer‑contract and reimbursement analysis decks, staffing‑ratio and labor‑cost optimization models, and quality‑and‑patient‑safety improvement reports.Collaborate remotely with the AI lab team, delivering high‑quality outputs on a flexible schedule.Required profile5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.Direct ownership of patient‑throughput, bed‑utilization, or service‑line performance projects.Proven ability to build staffing, reimbursement, or throughput models presented to senior executives.Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.Required skillsMicrosoft Excel (advanced modeling)Microsoft PowerPoint (professional slide‑deck creation)Microsoft Word (document preparation)What we offerCompensation: $100 per hourFlexible commitment: 5–20 hours per week (or more)Fully remote work, schedule at your discretionImmediate start date
