Heavy Equipment Operator

ESNAD Transport & Services W.L.L. is looking for experienced and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Qatar.

We are seeking operators with hands-on experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently across construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
  • Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Follow site safety procedures, operational instructions, and company policies.
  • Ensure proper handling and operation of equipment to minimize damage and downtime.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned equipment.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
  • Experience operating relevant equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and other construction equipment.
  • Good understanding of equipment safety and operating procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
  • Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
  • Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
