Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Log, track, and prioritize support tickets using our help desk ticketing system.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve common IT problems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including setting up and configuring new user accounts and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Educate users on best practices for software and hardware usage.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
