Help Desk Support

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering timely solutions. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues assisting users with hardware and software problems and ensuring a positive support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to employees/customers via phone email chat and remote access tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software network and system-related issues.
  • Log track and update support tickets using a help desk ticketing system.
  • Perform password resets account access support and basic system administration tasks.
  • Assist users with operating systems applications printers VPNs and other IT-related tools.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Document troubleshooting steps solutions and recurring issues for knowledge base improvement.
  • Follow IT support procedures security policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide clear and professional communication while supporting users remotely.
  • Stay current with technology updates and IT best practices.





Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in a help desk technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common business applications.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP Wi-Fi VPNs DNS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and respond promptly to support requests.
