What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and generate reports for the operations team and leadership (weekly, monthly, yearly) and help identify trends to promote decision making.
  • Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to understand the business needs and requirements.
  • Handle datasets (collect, clean and process), develop reports, templates and format for any new reporting requirements from operations.
  • Assist operations leaders in projects which require a data-driven approach.
  • Analyze a business problem and recommend a solution (data-driven and report) in line with business requirements.
  • Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs and dashboards to make the data understandable.
  • Assist operations in automating the data handling and manual reports such as performance, scorecard and other business reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with the leadership team and present proposals and solutions.
  • Conduct trend analysis to anticipate and recommend changes in a daily and long-term strategy.
  • Analyze workload based on ad-hoc projects and suggest operations team additional resource requirements and recommendations.
  • Proactive approach towards volume forecast for the upcoming months based on historical trends.
  • Analyze volume and trends in different queues on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis and report out.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Astute understanding of MS Office tools
  • Advanced user in MS Excel, VBA
  • Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SQL
  • Critical thinking with the ability to contribute to challenging assignments in a business environment

Requirements

  • High-speed internet over 50 Mbps, with the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
  • Identity verification steps, including submission of a government issued photo ID.
  • Comprehensive background check, in-person I-9 verification, and may be subject to drug screening prior to employment.
  • Prohibition of artificial intelligence tools during interviews.
