POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be driving the marketing activities of NEXSYS-ONE to the next level – end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of experts and contribute to groundbreaking projects that make a real-world impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy: Develop and oversee overall marketing and particularly social media strategies and maintain brand voice consistency.
  • Content: Create content for social media, PR, web, newsletters, and marketing materials; support sales with presentations and outreach materials; produce or coordinate video content, explore and use AI-based marketing tools.
  • Web: Manage website, SEO, and Google search optimization.
  • Other: Coordinate trade show preparations, PR agency activities, branded items, and maintain an image library.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong content creation skills across social media, web, PR, newsletters, and sales materials – with support of AI tools.
  • Solid copywriting and storytelling abilities, especially for technical-to-business messaging
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or others) and managing external designers
  • Hands-on experience managing websites, SEO, and optimizing for Google search or managing external experts
  • Familiarity with video production and use of AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Strong project management and coordination skills across internal and external teams
  • Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Proven track record of leading marketing initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Experience managing content, digital channels, and campaigns with measurable impact
  • Experience coordinating external vendors, PR agencies, or freelancers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
