Role Description

As the Senior Director of Partner Marketing at OpenText, you will lead the global strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping how OpenText engages, enables, and grows partnerships across global system integrators, resellers, distributors, and technology alliances. You will influence company-wide go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with sales, product, and global marketing to ensure alignment with OpenText’s business objectives. As a key contributor to the Field & Partner Marketing leadership team, you’ll help define how partner marketing accelerates growth, strengthens market presence, and enhances partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel management, or related leadership roles, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and executing high-impact partner marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and joint go-to-market models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, inspire innovation, and drive strategic alignment.
  • Strong ability to work across a matrixed organization and lead through influence.
  • Expertise in partner enablement, co-marketing programs, and global campaign execution.
