Role Description

● Conduct one-on-one English lessons using the 51Talk platform ● Deliver engaging and structured lessons based on provided materials

● Maintain a professional and conducive online teaching environment

● Follow lesson guidelines and complete sessions on scheduled time

● Build positive learning experiences for global students

Qualifications

● Passion for English teaching ● Fluent English speaker (clear and natural)

● Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or 2-year Associate Degree in any field; substantial relevant experience considered

● Experience in ESL or classroom teaching roles preferred

● Certification in teaching (TESOL, TEFL) is an advantage

Technical Requirements

● OS: Windows 10 or above ● CPU: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen) and above / AMD A Series A8 7500 or higher / AMD Ryzen

● Memory: At least 8GB RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space

● Webcam: High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution

● Headset: Extended microphone and noise-cancelling features

● Internet: Wired or wireless connection with at least 25 Mbps speed (Pocket WiFi/Mobile Hotspot are not allowed)

Peak Teaching Hours

● Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM ● Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

● Extended teaching hours available until 6:00 AM for night schedule
