We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Solutions Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for helping homeowners identify understand and implement personalized home improvement or service solutions. This role involves assessing customer needs presenting suitable options and guiding them through the entire solution process with exceptional service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers.

  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate home solutions (e.g. energy-saving upgrades security systems remodeling services smart home products).

  • Prepare and present customized quotes or proposals.

  • Educate clients on product features benefits warranties and financing options.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (installation logistics customer service) to ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
