About the Role

We are hiring an experienced HR Director for a reputed Business Group based in Dubai, UAE. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across Group Companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead HR strategy, policies, and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee full cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee relations
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and manage MOHRE, GDRFA, visa, and labour issues
  • Lead manpower planning, organizational development, and team building activities
  • Manage HR operations for Group / Multi-company structure
  • Implement and manage Odoo / HRIS for HR automation and reporting
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and L&D programs
  • Advise top management on workforce planning and compensation & benefits

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10 Years of UAE Experience as HR in Real Estate Field - Mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Real Estate industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in HR Strategy, Team Building & Transformation
  • Group / Multi-company experience preferred
  • Strong Leadership & People Management Skills
  • Odoo / HRIS experience is an advantage
  • Good Communication Skills in English & Arabic is Mandatory

Salary: AED 15,000 - 20,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Location: Dubai, UAE
