As an HR Executive / HR Coordinator / Recruiter, you will support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while maintaining HR documentation and supporting key people initiatives. This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with international teams.Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Support HR administration, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce updates.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and established procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and HR operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition and employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote working environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
