Job Description Job Title: HR Leader Posting Start Date: 3/26/25 Job Description: Purpose of the JobAs a HR Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement HR initiatives effectively to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational performance.Job DescriptionAssist the country HR team in implementing HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals. Facilitate effective communication and information flow both horizontally and vertically within the organization. Address and manage all employee-related HR issues, providing guidance and support as needed. Implement and uphold HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Assist staff with their HR-related requirements to enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to ensure timely processing and renewal of employee visas. Regularly update employee records in the SF system and maintain personal files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Support the HR team in the recruitment process according to the manpower plan, including contacting, assessing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employment offers, disciplinary actions, and drafting HR-related letters. Contribute to the implementation of station Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives as needed. Report any noncompliance with HSSE policies to the local HSSE supervisor or station HR business partner as applicable. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, and leave records. Handle employee complaints and oversee grievance procedures to ensure fair and timely resolution. Coordinate with recruitment agencies or outsourcing contractors when necessary to fulfill staffing needs.
